Astute
Professional coaching
Astute was set up by Fiona Cummins to support those going through major transitions. From a relationship breakdown to a change in career direction, Fiona offers expert support and provides the framework to help reconstruct your life.
Astute Training has been in business for over 13 years, specialising in training delivery, assessing for ILM and CMI up to Level 7 and coaching. Over the last few years I have seen a number of close friends and others go through divorce and separation and have seen the impact on lives first-hand having been in that position myself a few years ago.
Many of the techniques used in coaching can also be applied in everyday lives and I could see the benefit of transitioning part of my business into break-up and divorce coaching, I also completed divorce coaching training and gained the Sara Davison practitioners certificate and now use some of my skills to support others, this then saw the start of Astute breakup and divorce coaching
Relationship breakdown & divorce support
When people go through periods of relationship turmoil in their lives, they often make poor decisions based on their emotional state. Low self esteem, anger and confusion can all result in an overwhelming situation where the consequences of choices made at the time are not clearly thought through.
At times like these, it’s important to have a “guardian angel” sitting on your shoulder. Offering support, advice and the time to discuss the correct decisions for your circumstances.
Life direction & career change support
Many people reach a stage in their lives when they feel ready for a new direction. Perhaps your chosen career isn’t fulfilling any more or you simply feel that you want to try something different. It can be a daunting prospect making significant changes to your life. Both for yourself and family.
Decisions like these are best made with the support of an independent coach. Someone who will take the time to understand your needs and desires and prepare a practical plan of action to ensure the best possible outcome, whilst building confidence and ability to tackle the changes ahead.
